I work with Wesley Hodges, an Orvis-Endorsed outfitter and all-inclusive lodge, in Virginia to draft copy for email and social campaigns on fly fishing and upland hunting in Virginia’s Blue Ridge. Working with his marketing director, Justin Forrest, we draft seasonal campaigns to help raise brand awareness and drive bookings. 

It all starts with the copy. We use this to create email newsletters and blog posts. Truncated versions are also used for multiple social media posts. We’ve done campaigns on smallmouth bass, turkey hunting, grouse hunting, trout, and more.

Everything is tailored uniquely to the experiences his team offers, the rivers they guide, and the species they target. We’re fortunate to work with Forged Film Company to have incredible imagery to accompany our marketing efforts.
